About The Program
Mission
Exceptional Young Ladies® is designed to initiate transformation in teenage girls and provide them with tools to become upstanding, resilient young ladies in the community.
Mission Statement
To provide job readiness and customer service skills to young ladies that will make them employable and give them a head start when seeking employment.
Philosophy
The primary goal of our program is to equip young ladies, 16 - 21 years of age, with the necessary skills to succeed on any job along with life skills to live successfully in their communities. Each aspect of the program is aimed at enhancing the individual's sense of self-worth, self-reliance, self-responsibility, and to promote independence. Improvement in family, school / work, and interpersonal relationships, the development of a strong support system and the expansion of problem-solving skills are also expected outcomes.
